Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 replaces Directive 2006/42/EC and applies from 20 January 2027 — the first day of the forum. Relevant for everyone bringing humanoid or robotic systems to the EU market.

The two-day program covers humanoid robotics on the way to industrial application — keynotes and panels with 50+ confirmed speakers and 40+ participating companies, an exhibition with live robot demonstrations, and structured networking with the European ecosystem. The timing is relevant for us: Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 applies from 20 January 2027, the first day of the forum. Attendance cost: €1,180.00 net (plus 19% VAT = €1,404.20 gross) for the Regular ticket, or €1,570.00 net (plus 19% VAT = €1,868.30 gross) for the VIP ticket.

Both tickets are 2-day tickets. Regular and VIP include full access to all keynotes and panels across both days, the exhibition area with live robot demonstrations, networking sessions, and digital agenda & speaker materials.
VIP additionally includes the evening networking event between Day 1 and Day 2, access to the offered workshops, on-site access to the influencer team, and priority seating in all keynotes and panels.
