Michael Fraede brings more than three decades of experience in industrial robotics and automation. He advises the Forum on strategic questions related to robotics technologies, business development and market development.
Throughout his career in the robotics and automation industry, including his work with Yaskawa Europe, he has gained extensive experience across technology, industrial applications, customer requirements and strategic sales.

China Market & Cross-Cultural Business Advisor
His Role in the Strategic Advisory Council
Guodong Bao advises the Forum on developing relationships with the Chinese robotics and automation market and on strengthening connections between Chinese and European technology ecosystems.
He has been working in Europe since 2010 and brings extensive international business experience. Before establishing his own business activities in Germany, he worked for HUAWEI for ten years, where he developed extensive experience in international business and Lead-to-Cash processes.
He successfully established the HANVAC brand as a Chinese vacuum gripper solution provider based in Germany, providing localized service to customers in several European countries. His activities also include extensive international trade fair experience.
His role also includes helping bridge different business cultures, expectations and communication styles between Chinese and European companies.
