About Manuel Haupt
Manuel Haupt leads the Co-Creation Workshop at the Advanced Humanoid Forum 2027 on behalf of MH-Invelopment GmbH. His work focuses on the bridge between advanced robotics/AI technology and the day-to-day reality of business operations — the point where a promising demonstrator either becomes a productive system or dies as a prototype.
In the workshop, 4–6 selected companies work with MH-Invelopment to test Conversational AI and robotics live in real business processes — voice navigation, information retrieval and visitor reception. The format deliberately goes beyond PowerPoint: participants see the integration behind the demonstration, bring their own requirements and open questions, and leave with a concrete assessment of what would be needed for a pilot in their own operations.
Workshop at Advanced Humanoid Forum 2027
Format: "Co-Creation Workshop – Conversational AI and Robotics in Real Business Processes"
January 20–21, 2027 · Workshop Track
Three live demonstrations are tested together: voice navigation (an employee tells the robot where to go), information retrieval (the robot answers company-specific questions such as "What's on the menu today?"), and visitor reception — the central case — where the robot greets a visitor, establishes a SIP call to the named employee, and registers the visitor in one connected workflow.
What the workshop deliberately does not deliver: a site pilot, individual system integration into your own infrastructure, or a company-specific ROI measurement. Those remain the next step — the workshop makes the prerequisites visible.
Why His Perspective Matters for the Humanoid Robotics Ecosystem
- From Demo to Decision: Manuel Haupt's workshop is designed to help companies move from "we saw a cool demo" to "we understand what a pilot would take" — a gap that is often wider than technology providers admit.
- Business Process Focus: The workshop addresses the operational side of humanoid/robotics deployment — visitor reception, internal navigation, information access — not just the technology stack.
- Live and Uncut: Participants see the demonstrator work in real time, including the failure modes — unclear commands, blocked paths, missing information, unreachable contacts. That transparency is unusual at industry events.
- Cross-Company Co-Creation: The format brings 4–6 companies together in one shared demonstration, letting them compare requirements and constraints — something individual demos cannot achieve.
