About Ilya Pavlenkov
Ilya Pavlenkov is the Founder and CEO/CTO of Prometheus Robotics in Budapest, Hungary — his third company with more than 10 years of entrepreneurial track record in tech.
Previously, he founded Jetlex, a VC-backed ML service for automated accounting document entry that ran in production with revenue, and Cucomm, a sales-automation software company he bootstrapped to profitability alone and then hired a team.
A software engineer by background (degree in Automated Information Processing and Control Systems), Ilya built his first online business at age 13. Today, he personally designs and builds the robot's hardware, electronics, and ML stack together with a small engineering team.
